You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. There is no paywall in front of this and you do not need to contact us first.
From inside the app
You → Privacy & data → Delete my account, then type the confirmation to
confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Email jeets98e@gmail.com from the address you signed up with,
with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
Your training history — workouts, sets, reps, loads, readiness check-ins
Your health screening answers, body measurements and nutrition logs
Your coach conversation and any coach memory derived from it
Your circle membership and any weekly stats you published to a circle
Your sign-in record
What may briefly remain
Encrypted backups roll off on their normal schedule; deleted data is not restored from them.
Subscription records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat are theirs, not ours — cancel the
subscription in the store account that bought it. Deleting your Forge account does not cancel a subscription.
Anonymised product analytics that cannot be tied back to you.
Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete server-side data — use one of the two routes above.
