Forge AI — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Forge AI (the "app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Forge AI is — and is not

Forge AI is a general wellness and fitness application. It generates training plans, tracks workouts and nutrition, and provides AI-generated coaching conversation.

Forge AI is not a medical service. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or injury, and nothing it produces is medical, physiotherapeutic, or nutritional-therapy advice. It is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian.

Coaching output is generated by an AI language model and may be wrong. Always apply your own judgement. Do not follow any instruction from the app that conflicts with advice from a qualified professional.

2. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury, and in rare cases serious injury or death.

• Consult a physician before starting, especially if you have any heart condition, chest pain during activity, dizziness or fainting, bone or joint problems, high blood pressure or related medication, or if you are pregnant or postpartum.
• Answer the in-app health screening honestly. The app uses those answers to cap intensity and exclude movements; false answers defeat that protection.
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, or sharp or unusual pain.
• You are solely responsible for exercising within your ability, using correct technique, and ensuring your equipment and environment are safe.

You use Forge AI at your own risk and assume all risk of injury, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of the email account used to sign in and for all activity under your account. One person per account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• Free trials: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
• Cancel and manage your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting your Forge AI account does not cancel your subscription and does not by itself produce a refund.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.
• We may change prices; changes apply from the next billing period and will be notified in advance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit medical advice you then act on without professional review;
• attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or resell the app, its exercise database, or its AI outputs;
• submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or infringing — including in circles and coach messages;
• probe, scan, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or row-level security;
• automate access to the AI coach or use it as a general-purpose language model proxy;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a circle.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

6. Circles

Circles are optional, invite-code-based groups. Anything you publish to a circle — your display name and weekly consistency stats — is visible to every member of that circle. Do not join circles with people you do not trust. You are responsible for your conduct toward other members. Circle creators may delete their circle, which removes it for everyone in it.

7. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the data you enter — your logs, messages, and measurements. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We own the app, its design, its exercise and food databases, and the coaching system. AI-generated coaching text is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. AI output disclaimer

Coaching replies, plan rationales, nutrition suggestions, and recaps are machine-generated. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. We do not warrant their accuracy and are not liable for reliance on them. The app applies safety filters, but no filter is perfect.

9. Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on third-party services (AI, sync, purchases) may change or become unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via You → Privacy → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the courts at New Delhi, India. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the app after that constitutes acceptance.

14. Apple-specific terms

These terms are between you and Jagjeet Singh, trading as Jeetech, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranty or product-liability claim, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
