This policy describes what Forge AI (the "app") collects, why, where it goes, and how you delete it. It reflects what the app actually does today.
Forge AI is a general wellness and fitness product. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and does not provide medical advice. Coaching output is informational. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, and stop and seek care if you experience pain, chest discomfort, dizziness or injury.
The app asks a short pre-exercise health screening (heart conditions, chest pain during activity, dizziness/fainting, bone or joint problems, blood-pressure medication, current pain and its location and severity, pregnancy). We use those answers only to cap training intensity and exclude movements inside the app. Depending on where you live, these answers may be treated as health data — see §7.

Collected automatically: product analytics — which screens and features are used, and events such as viewing the upgrade screen or starting a trial. These carry an identifier for your install (and your account ID once you sign in) so we can count people rather than taps. They never contain the content of your messages, your food names, or your health answers. The app has no advertising SDK and does not collect your device advertising identifier, your contacts, or your browsing history.
Camera: the camera is used two ways.
Location (optional): if you allow it, the app reads your approximate location once to work out which culinary region to suggest meals from. Only a coarse location is requested — never precise GPS — and it is converted to a region straight away. We do not store your coordinates and do not track your location in the background. You can skip this and pick your region from a list instead.
Microphone / speech: voice features use the operating system's own speech capability. We do not store audio.
Notifications: if you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device.
Forge AI is local-first. Your profile, plan, workout history, nutrition and bodyweight logs, and chat history are stored on your device.
Data leaves your device in exactly three situations:
Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, and subscription status is managed via RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details.
If you never sign in and never message the coach, your data never leaves your device.

We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, use it for advertising, or use it to build cross-app profiles.
If you join or create a circle, other members of that circle can see: the display name you chose, and your current-week consistency — sessions completed, sessions planned, total sets, streak in weeks, and the date you last trained. They can also send you a "cheer".
Circle mates cannot see your bodyweight, health screening, nutrition logs, coach conversation, or specific exercises and loads.
Implementation note for the owner: this requires a Supabase Edge Function invoking
auth.admin.deleteUserwith the service-role key. Until it is deployed, the 30-day promise above must be honoured manually and the in-app copy must not claim the auth record is deleted instantly.
Health screening answers, pain reports, bodyweight, and nutrition logs may qualify as special-category / sensitive personal data in your jurisdiction. We process them only to deliver the coaching you asked for, only for as long as you keep your account, and never for advertising. You give this consent during onboarding and can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.
Forge AI is not intended for anyone under 16 (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact jeets98e@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. The in-app export and delete controls satisfy access, portability and erasure directly and instantly. For anything else, contact jeets98e@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Account data is protected by database row-level security so only your authenticated session can access your rows. Local data is stored in your device's app sandbox and protected by your device's own encryption. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any specific security certification.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We will update this page and change the "Last updated" date when this policy changes. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
